Audio issues and magic-induced soft locking are no more. While there are no official patch notes, fans immediately began playtesting the latest patch and reporting their findings. No more bug-induced hard mode forcing you to fight bosses with no magic! Version 1.000.002 Luckily, just six days after its launch, PlayStation has addressed these issues with a patch for The Legend of Dragoon, available now. All but a few of the magic spells available in battle as Dragoons would cause the game to soft lock. After playing for over an hour or using the PS Classic save state and rewind function, characters’ iconic special attack voice clips would get cut short or not play at all.
The PS4 and PS5 releases of The Legend of Dragoon brought with them plenty of nostalgia and hype, but unfortunately, new bugs and glitches.
